I worked at BI Incorporated (Less than a year)

Fast paste environment with amazing team work and outstanding training. Employees have the opportunity to work closely with very experianced federal agents. The company develops amazing tools to stay up to date.

The salary is extremely low in relation to the responsibilities a case worker has. There is a lot of preasure and the turnover is very high. Case managers usually work long hours with no breaks. A 12 hour shift was very common.

    Advice to Management

Adjust salary accordingly or high turnover will continue.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BI Incorporated.

I applied online and the process took about 4 weeks. I initially had a phone interview, manly confirming my qualifications. Then I was brought in for an in person interview, where I was mostly asked behavioral questions. I was asked questions related to how I have handled operational issues, HR issues, and customer service issues. Overall, they were very professional and well organized.

Its products include monitoring systems (using Global Positioning System (GPS) and radio frequency (RF) technology), and remote alcohol compliance monitoring, in which a client's intoxication level is reported by a breath analyzer to a monitoring computer via phone. The company also operates nonresidential community correctional centers for parolees, and offers treatment ... More
