    Pros

The experienced gained by working on so many varied projects is nearly impossible to find anywhere else. You could find yourself working on the civil design for a top university campus, a downtown San Francisco high-rise, and a Silicon Valley tech campus all within a given week. The collaborative, mentor-style project teams make it easy to learn and grow -- and continue to learn after years of being here. A good mix of mature, experienced, practice leaders with an infusion of young, recent-college-grad energy. Lots of fun after-work activities for those that want them.

    Cons

Not many from my perspective. I suppose this would not be a fun place to work if you were looking for a job where you could just coast throughout the day. We do put in some overtime hours from time to time while we are waiting for new positions to be filled by new hires, or at critical delivery times for large projects. Most don't see this as a negative, but as a chance to earn more income and gain experience more quickly. Also, starting salary may seem low, but the opportunities to advance are available, and the company seems to always be looking for ambitious learners to develop.

    Advice to Management

Keep hiring great people, and then make sure to have the Associates and Principals take time to continue to reach-out to the newly hired their first few months.
