I have been working at BMC full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

BMC paid well, had great benefits, and focused on the quality of the products they sold.

    Cons

When they merged with firms they sometimes got rid of the best products because they missed the forest for the trees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the great work - I am not there anymore but I have friends that are and they love it there.

This was your typical HIGH pressure interview. I am not sure you can cut it etc. They made you jump through the usual hoops. They also used good cop and bad cop. If you didn't know what was going on it could have bothered you. On the other hand, they were very polite once you were through the process. Finally, the offices are gorgeous.
