    Pros

Made friends easily, the managers/VPs were easy to talk to, mostly approachable especially the former CEO - she is extremely likable and truly cared about the employees.

    Cons

Some adhered to the policy to a T which specific individuals made it a bit uneasy for the staff there so the employees try to be in their best behavior when these individuals were at a employee functions/events.

    Advice to Management

Take it easy ... it made it easier for the employees to relax and be more productive when the bosses weren't micromanagers. The camaraderie amongst the team/department was apparent ... employees were happier when not feeling the eyes were until them.
