I have been working at BRITA

Great product and very loyal customer based. UK MD tries to make a good place to work, but you are expected to work 50 hours a week.

Group is run by the spoilt son of the founder. Business makes fantastic profit, but is run on a shoes string meaning understaffed and NO work/life balance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

you say all the right things but still always ask for the impossible within an unrealistic time frame AGAIN and AGAIN. You don't live what you say.

Regardless of whether the glass is half-empty or half-full, BRITA wants what's in it to be clean. The firm is the world leader in household water filters, producing pour-through pitcher filters, tap filters, and squeeze-bottle filters. The company's products are sold by mass merchants, home improvement stores, supermarkets, specialty stores, and at warehouse clubs. Cleaning products company Clorox owns the North American distribution rights to BRITA products. The company, founded in 1996 by chairman Heinz Hankammer, is family owned; son Markus serves as CEO.
