    My local department was excellent. Great management.Good vacation and work/life balance.


    Outside of the GSC groups like BT Hungary and LATAM are lazy and have little to no technical ability. Global Services CEO is a joke, who just wants to cut and move more and more to overseas to less trained groups. Service Delivery is a laughingstock. Was told by senior management that BT "doesn't want to be a Lexus, but a Kia with leather seats, so stop trying so hard"

    Advice to Management

    it takes 2 different departments to do the job of one, yet the company is wondering why they are loosing money. Get rid of the Wipro, BT Hungary and Latam and start from scratch. This groups are clearly failures.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BT Global Services (Dallas, TX) in June 2015.


    I found the job posted on LinkedIn. Straight forward application process, they ask for your resume, a cover letter and what not and also ask you to answer some questions related to your experience and skills. You have a word limit for each one, I think there were 4 or 5 different questions, so you have to be concise and summarize your important points in a concise manner.
