Extremely high levels of customer focus - service is delivered through individual business units, whose teams are encouraged to be entrepreneurial, innovative and collaborative.

The structures are driven by a successful management team that has been around for a long time. They need to find ways to disrupt previous business models in order to make a positive change for growth.

People processes are weak and the leadership is quite old fashioned in this area.

Develop your people - actions speak much louder than words. Today, the words don't always match the behaviours.
