    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Babcock & Brown (Miami, FL) in April 2008.

    Interview

Gained interview from a personal contact. Initial interview was by telephone with a follow up interview a few days later. Company did a background check and then an offer was made. Negotiated over the offer package for week or so before working things out. I followed this up with a week of training at the head office.
