Great supervisors; Average to Good Benefits; Flexible Supervisors; Friendly Environment; Good working conditions; Clean office Environment; Very friendly executive staff; Good resources for employees.
Very minimum pay for current cost of life requirements' Needs upgrade of office equipment; Too many responsibilities for assigned tittles; Work overload; Needs better retirement options.
Advice to Management
Excellent work environment; However, the pay rates must be in a more competitive level, this would most definitively improve customer service, employee qualifications and stability. Unfortunately people leave due to the lack of good salaries, which can motivate for good and qualified staff to want to stay indefinitely. Since the company does offer an environment that surpasses most companies. I honestly would want to work there until retirement, just simply need to pay my bills. However, don't ever change the mentality of management. It is awesome and needs no changes. Honestly, best bosses I have ever had. Wish I could go back, just simply can't afford to.

Nice interview, covered what they expect and asked what I expected. Busy office but they are still very friendly.
Discussed design and experience, how I felt about the companies I had worked for previously. He undersold the money potential of the job. They gave me the Baer's handbook and forms for the drug test and I was on my way.
