    Pros

The culture of support crosses all offices that I have seen so far, and even though there may be some personal conflicts between staff members, the differences are put aside to get the job done. I have worked for several companies, and public sector offices, and I have never witnessed such a supportive team as I have here at Baker Donelson.

    Cons

None to speak of really. The only thought along the "cons" line would be that sometimes the clients do not realize what they are asking for, and due to the volume of cases, Baker sometimes does not have the time to clarify the clients demands. I believe this con relies more on the clients rather than Baker Donelson however.

    Advice to Management

Please do not lose the culture of support.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at Baker Donelson (Orlando, FL).

    Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter about the position. Shortly afterwards, I had a screening interview followed by an in-person interview with multiple teams of people. After the in-person interview with the teams of people, I had a final interview with the practice group leader. All stages of the interview process were painless. There were no "gotcha" type questions and everyone had a great attitude. The attitudes have not changed since I started working here, so I know they were sincere.
