I worked at Bakers Delight part-timeRecommendsNeutral OutlookRecommendsNeutral Outlook
- Reasonable pay (depending on your age obviously) - Good hours, was always rostered on equally during a week - Experience (good for when you're a teen and need that first job) - Free bread (I got fat tbh)
- No communication between workers and management resulting in miscommunication and people being terminated - Was constantly confused for a girl who was always late and ended up with her punishments - No opportunities for advancement; Advancement was always given to those who didn't deserve it and couldn't do their job. Was constantly rejected to become a Senior when I was already doing all the Senior jobs.

Bakers Delight is Australia's most successful bakery franchise. Over the past 35 years this Australian owned company, has grown to over 700 bakeries across three countries, serving 2 million customers each week. Every day, in every bakery, Bakers Delight bakers use real ingredients to bake unreal bread. And what's baked that day, is sold fresh that day.
