    Pros

    - Reasonable pay (depending on your age obviously) - Good hours, was always rostered on equally during a week - Experience (good for when you're a teen and need that first job) - Free bread (I got fat tbh)

    Cons

    - No communication between workers and management resulting in miscommunication and people being terminated - Was constantly confused for a girl who was always late and ended up with her punishments - No opportunities for advancement; Advancement was always given to those who didn't deserve it and couldn't do their job. Was constantly rejected to become a Senior when I was already doing all the Senior jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Please listen to your employees.
