    Pros

People are treated very well. Management genuinely care about the safety of the employees and try to promote fellowship and camaraderie. Movement between plants is encouraged.

    Cons

Experience trumps education. Several plants are in relatively small and rural areas, where developing relationships is hard.

    Advice to Management

Keep it going. The company is doing very well!!!
