    Pros

    Great Pay and great benefits. The guys that work are really great and we look out for each other.

    Cons

    Not very much time for yourself away from work. Long Hours, and hard work. Lots of overtime that is mandtory.

    Advice to Management

    Try not to forget about the employees. Its 120 degrees in the plant sometimes, and I feel like you forget about how hot it is to stay out there 12 hours a day.
