Working for this company is a good stepping stone to the industry. Since it is the largest local bank, it has the systems to support its operations. Reasonable work hours.

You might have to handle the concerns of some of the departments even if it's not your forte.

I was with five applicants, two girls and three guys. We filled out an application form the HR instructed what job title to apply for. Csa for both of us girls and i believe it was loans for the guys. We were given 40 minutes to fill this out. After that we had to answer an essay and a logical exam. After that both of us girls were excused and scheduled for the interview while the guys still had another exam to take. So we had to wait for a few minutes for the HR. We had an initial interview and a second interview at the same day. After that they instructed us to get 2by2 pics and give it at around 2pm. Right now, im just waiting for their call for my final interview.
