    Great company to work for. At Bancorpsouth you get a sense that the company really does care for you as an employee and it has been a meaningful learning experience as my first job out of college.


    Lack of challenge and advancement at current position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    When an employee shows initiative and makes it known that they are ready to advance to a position where they could be more of an asset to the company, show more enthusiasm for helping them to achieve that goal.

    Got an interview through a college recruiter. Went through two rounds of interviews before offer was extended. Talked to different executives one on one . The questions asked were generic and easy to answer.
