Excellent benefits, mostly excellent working conditions, except when under construction. Everyone really friendly and helpful to show new people around the huge hospital.
Not everyone treated with the same respect.
Advice to Management
Bringing in senior management / VPs / doctors that had not worked at BSA before or had not lived in West Texas was a challenge since they do not understand the West Texas culture. They need to be reminded everyone in Amarillo is related some way or another. Treat everyone with respect.
