I have been working at Barclays Bank Delaware full-time (More than 5 years)

Fun work environment. Casual dress. Great location.

Poor diversity in leadership. Very, very bureaucratic. Agenda set and dominated by UK.

    Advice to Management

Empower your people, you don't need a committee for everything! Diversity means more than gender, your losing strong minority employees

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Barclays Bank Delaware (Las Vegas, NV) in June 2015.

I was 28 minutes early for my interview and waited over 30 minutes to an hour past my interview time to speak with the individual I was scheduled to talk to. At that time I was told that they were not sure if the person that was supposed to interview me was even there. So I ended up being interviewed by someone else. I wasted a large amount of time trying to pursue any possibility of employment with this company only to find out the following day by email that they wouldn't be considering my application any further.
