6 Competency interviews are standard for all Barclays Bank roles (B6 and above): Leadership/Management, Technical Knowledge, Personal & Interpersonal Skills, Control Environment, Commercial Effectiveness, Business Skills. – Full Interview
Interview Question:
As an internal candidate, all qs were specific to current experience. However, the areas mentioned before are all gone into in detail (1 hour each) followed by a final CIDS interview (2-3+ hours)
