    I have been working at Barilla full-time (more than 8 years)


    Everyone is very understanding. Really enjoy the product and people. Everyone is a member of my family. It does not get better than this.


    Too many carbs! Just kidding. I really can not think of one bad thing about this oustanding company. It is the number one producer of pasta in my native Italy.

    I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Barilla in January 2015.

    Interview Details

    The process took more than 2 months with an initial skype interview with a member of their HR department. The second was also a skype interview with the same HR and two managers. I haven't been told how much the role is paid and haven't received any answer since the HR told me that they will let me know in 4 days after the second interview.
