I have been working at Bartell Drug part-time (more than an year)

Flexible scheduling (for a full-time student), definitely taught me patience when it comes to customer service. Was able to build great relationships with my coworkers and some of our regular customers.

Honestly, listening to the store music for 8 hours each day gets beyond annoying. It would be great if the company changed the music stations we listened to so there's more variety (same songs play every single day).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management really needs to have store meetings twice a year again to clear up confusion between store associates, as well as build morale.

    Interview Details

I had an interview with the store manager and it was very short. We went over when I would start, the starting salary, and the fact that I would have to go through a drug screening test beforehand. I took the test immediately after the interview and I started working within 2 weeks of the interview. They happened to have been looking for someone at the time so it was really easy to get in.
