I worked at Bartercard International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of room to utilise resourcefulness, new ideas very welcome and encouraged. Ability to move around in the company, including interstate and overseas.

    Cons

awful salary, poorly skilled staff and program really only focused on receiving fees rather than giving clients value for money. Terrible and inconsistent training. receiving a promotion will not mean receiving a higher wage.

    Advice to Management

Focus on the actual product and pay staff a wage worth working for.
