    Unprofessional, Micromanaged, Must be in the "Bass Club" to get anywhere in this company. Managers and Owner influence their co-workers how to vote in a Presidential Election year

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow HR to do their job. Complaints are rampant with sexual harassment, racial and sexual preference discrimination.
    You would think being a Law Office, they would comply and remedy such complaints among coworkers and management.
    Performance means nothing unless you are in the "Bass Club" (socializing with Managers and the Owner outside of work).
    Disorganized Bonus offerings. Management says you will get X amount if you meet certain goals. Goals are met and then Owner does not want to pay out.

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Bass & Associates in January 2012.

    Interview Details

    DO NOT INTERVIEW HERE !!!!!!!!! Very negative caustic interview and hiring process. ALL communications and processes by this employer are strictly "one-way", absolutely NO respect for the individual. Since these firm collects bills that are past due, I suspect they treat there employees the same as they do those they collect from--- treat both as deadbeats.
