    I have been working at Bass & Associates full-time

    Pros

    Despite having to abide by many laws and regulations, they try to make it a nice atmosphere Company buys lunch for whole staff once a month and attorneys bring donuts every Friday Training has gotten much better over last few years and orientation is great - very entertaining and informative Ownership appears to want to make changes for the better and some have been made

    Cons

    Change is slow - would explain some of the other reviews Health benefits are too expensive for a family, not sure about individuals though

    Advice to Management

    Review health insurance and find cheaper family plans

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bass & Associates (Tucson, AZ) in January 2012.

    Interview

    DO NOT INTERVIEW HERE !!!!!!!!! Very negative caustic interview and hiring process. ALL communications and processes by this employer are strictly "one-way", absolutely NO respect for the individual. Since these firm collects bills that are past due, I suspect they treat there employees the same as they do those they collect from--- treat both as deadbeats.

    Reasons for Declining

    Unacceptable Management and Ownership communications. If you are treated poorly when they are hiring, imagine what they do when you are hired.
