    Pros

I have been working for Bayard for 6+ years and couldn't be happier .
The team here is enthusiastic and fun to work with . The work is hard but rewarding and I am left to manage my tasks and time pretty freely. The family atmosphere makes it easy to come to work every day and the management is very flexible when dealing with schedule and work environment..
Bayard is a company with a big heart.

    Cons

With a young hip staff there is a lot of turn over in administrative positions as employees climb the ladder to higher positions and a more comprehensive training plan might make the work flow run more smoothly.

    Advice to Management

More company sponsored activities to help build even more of the great teamwork and company friendships all of us who work here enjoy .......

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 daysinterviewed at Bayard Advertising (Minneapolis, MN) in March 2014.

    Interview

I sent my resume via e-mail, an received a reply in which I was promptly asked for my salary requirements (to me, is odd since the in-person interview wasn't conducted yet at this point).
Upon arrival to my in-person interview, I was first asked to have a seat in the conference room, and then instructed to highlight the spelling/grammatical errors for some sample "copy". Afterwards I met with the Account manager who then interviewed me about my past experience and then just straight up told me that they weren't actually hiring for any account roles immediately, but rather getting a feel for what is out there in terms of candidates and potential skill sets.
