I have been working at Baylor Research Institute full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The company has great training, leadership & development courses to help you on your career path. The benefits and additional programs (I.e. Thrive) have a great impact on lowering your medical insurance premiums, and rewarding you for living a healthy lifestyle. The starting salaries are above average, benefits are generous, and bonuses and merit increases are paid annaually. So much more!

    Cons

You may have to deal with a "cliquey atmosphere" at times which could put a strain on how well you do on your career path. Best advice: Be yourself, and let your talent & skill set do the talking for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper Management should get more involved in what day to day problems their employees deal with the most. Have monthly department meetings so we all stay informed.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Baylor Research Institute in March 2014.

    Interview Details

The phone interview was very basic. I was asked a few behavioral questions and offered on-site interviews for about 3 different positions, which I was told would be scheduled at a later time. Then the recruiter stopped contacting me. She never called me or responded to my emails. Not even a stock rejection letter. Won't be applying here again.
