I have been working at Baylor University (less than a year)

Great, free-going individuals to work with. I had the opportunity to work close to experienced professionals and essential do whatever I wanted to when I wasn't dedicated to a project.

$15 an hour isn't bad for a student but there is an hours per week limit (10). That on top of no real advancement opportunities (essential work study) is kind of a drag.
