    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Bayser full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a small consulting firm, so one can learn a whole lot of things from the many client projects.

    Cons

Work load is too heavy, and lack of enough incentives.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bayser.

    Interview

Take home logic exam followed by a 10 minute phone interview. People seem hard working. The phone interview is more like an info session where they are making sure you understand the company and your work at the company as well as elaborate on your experiences. Waiting to hear back for the next round.
