A non - profit organization seeking to be of service to a specific geographic region. Provides a number of services for the community. Provides support for end users.
A lot of gossip about employees between management and staff.
Advice to Management
Be available talk to your people. Let them know what is going on. What is coming up. Engage them they have a lot more skills than the ones you hired them for. Some management staff talk about the people they manage to other people they manage. Have better exit interviews.
