I worked at Beam Global Spirits & Wine (More than 5 years)
Lots of training, always learning new ways of working, solid portfolio with many recognizable brands. Pay was good, and every year there was a raise.
Not much loyalty, upper management can be conceited and uncaring. Many of their programs are pushed through way too quickly, there management team can't see beyond how much profit they're making sometimes.
Advice to Management
Take stock of what is really important to any company's success.....their personnel. A few of the people sitting on their glass towers really need to get off of them and appreciate who really does the work.

Submitted resume through a friend who works there. Phone screen with HR, 4 30-min behavioral interviews, 3 1-hr interviews that were case/conversational. Very quick and smooth process as they were looking to hire someone ASAP.
