Leadership did a great job managing company through going public and implementation of new shareholders. Eventually sold to a company that would end up being a partner, not necessarily a direct threat. One of the rare examples of an external CEO coming in making positive change.
Lots of mid-management disagreement leaving employees frustrated and not always knowing which way to turn. Despite some good change, there is a lot of change. Requires adaptability.
Advice to Management
Keeping communicating well and openly with employees.

Submitted resume through a friend who works there. Phone screen with HR, 4 30-min behavioral interviews, 3 1-hr interviews that were case/conversational. Very quick and smooth process as they were looking to hire someone ASAP.
