The working environment was good there and there was a bunch of projects to get more experience and exposure

The empire building spirit was a bit much between MDs. Consultants had t make sure they did not burn any bridges by jumping on other projects for another practice or somethings

    Advice to Management

Management did try to grow to fast which i think hurt in the long run. MDs need to be closely managed so they do not hurt the reputation of the company.

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at BearingPoint (New York, NY).

It was tough... a lot of rough questions... I was only hired for a few days but it was a good experience. There is not much else to say. It is tough to run a failing company. But at the end of the day the interview was well worth it. I met a lot of interesting people and I had a lot of fun getting to know my soon to be new colleagues.
