    Pros

Employee discount was good. As an employee you receive 50% of salon services and 25% off retail products. Periodically they had an extra discount day for employees in which we would receive 40% off retail products.

    Cons

There is no training program so you literally just get thrown into your new job and have to figure it out along the way. The salary is terrible. As a manager, you have extremely high expectations and an enormous amount of responsibilities, yet they pay peanuts.

    Advice to Management

Provide training to all employees. Pay people what they are worth and more in-line with the level of responsibilities. Listen to employees feedback.

I was able to choose from a nice variety of schedule structures and I'm able to change those as I need to for clientele.
