    Pros

    Strong management team. Decent salary and benefits. Several opportunities to add vue to company's growth. Lot of independent work.

    Cons

    New hire training needs improvement. Technology is below par.

    Interview was good! Questions about my past experience and how it would fit in with their operation. Very friendly supervisor. Felt like they wanted to make sure you would be a good fit for their company. Questions were straight forward.
