    I worked at Bell Partners

    Pros

They do value their employees and try to make the HQ office a place where you want to spend your 10 hour days!

    Cons

Very bottom line oriented. Not enough $ to hire proper support staff levels.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend more money and add headcount. Don't overwork your people.
