Overall great family culture between communities. Everyone is willing to help each other out. Overall company does look to promote from within. Pay and benefits are decent and work life balance is evident.

Lack of communication between Senior Management and onsite teams when new initiatives are rolled out. It's apparent that feedback was not sought out from end users. With all companies there is always office politics and those that are favorites are "taken care of"
