I have been working at BenQ full-time (more than a year)

Good understanding of market and product positioning
Listen to feedback from employees and work to implement changes
Career advancement opportunities for those who work for it
Customers are a #1 priority here and the company can & will make changes to better serve those customers

    Lack of CRM software
A lot of archaic internal meetings about topics/issues that could be easily solved with a little automation and collaboration software
Marketing department is severely under staffed and over worked - spread too thin and have too many priorities outside of the education & commercial markets

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The sales team is not your enemy. Without sales this company can't exist. Remember to treat those who are valuable as if they are by more than a occasional "congratulations".
