Love the people! Great support from management! Fun environment with flexible schedules. Understands work/life balance and supports it. Senior management team is very involved. An example, my Area Director has taken me in the field to cold call accountants on several occasions. She made it a priority when she saw me struggling.
Insurance and payroll laws are always changing. You can't get comfortable in what you know. It never gets boring though.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at BenefitMall (Dallas, TX).
The normal questions were asked. However, I was already an employee when I was offered a promotion therefore some of the questions were different. The main questions in the initial interview revolved around data entry, working in a fast paced atmosphere and if I had any experience working with brokers.
