I have been working at Bennett College full-time (more than 8 years)

The coworkers that I have. They are hard working and dedicated to providing their best efforts for the students.

The lack of financial, technical and other resources. The computers are old and in constant need of maintenance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Signifificantly cut down on the high percentage of turnover of both faculty and staff. Bennett is constantly training new faculty and staff to work at the organization. This is time consuming and expensive. The students lose because of the constant turnover of personnel. The accumulated knowledge of the personnel (that leave) is lost and has to be replaced by new hires. Make provisions to keep Bennett's most valuable and dedicated personnel. Provide more professional development opportunites for the faculty and staff. Keep the faculty and staff informed about changes which will have an impact on their jobs. Have more programs and provisions to motivate personnel and show them that their work is appreciated.
