The benefits are great and the opportunity for growth is pretty much readily available, though this ultimately depends on your department and your skills. Generally, the college affords staff to pursue what they are interested in, which is wonderful. Great people to work with.
One of the only cons to working here is that the salaries are on the lower end of the pay scale, given location and size of institution. There is also a large discrepancy between upper management salaries and the rest of the staff. The work is challenging and expectations are high, and employees should be more rewarded for their commitments.
Advice to Management
Need more of a fair balance between upper management salaries and other staff.
