I worked at Bentley Publishing Group

Good people. Not entirely talented people, but generally nice and hard working. Decent pay and good benefits. Very family like in management, which can be good or bad.

The industry is very volatile and the ownership group lacks a vision for the future. The location feels like a trailer park, but the expectation is that art publishing employees are smart and bright.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sell your assets and retire. The field is too complex for you to deal with and you don't have any talent for bringing in the best customers. Let go of the past and move into the future. Don't be afraid to cut out the dead weight.
