I have been working at Berlin Packaging full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

I have worked for Berlin-Los Angeles over 10 years and have seen an evolution of improvement and growth. This is one of the few companies that actually has an employee "thrill" committee. The training is unbelievable. It does not just stop at a training plan that lasts the first 90 days...it's continuous. The branch locations give the feel of a small office environment but with the backing of a large corporation. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

    Cons

No company can accomodate every type of worker. Berlin tries to utilize tools to help identify those individuals who can truly find success in their organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Never lose the passion. The push to crush the competion is something that drives each of us.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Berlin Packaging.

    Interview Details

One over the phone interview, one in person interview, one on phone interview with human resources, one on site interview. Interviews are very relaxed and more of a conversations than a question and answer. Interviews lasted over an hour each phase except with HR. That one only lasted for about 20 minutes and discussed salary.
