Great clients, and some of the house managers are great and supportive. If your lucky enough to get an old school house manager concider yourself lucky. A lot of changes have been made, but there are still a few manager from before all the changes that believe in how it use to be, that's the house manager you want behind you upper management comes looking for you. They believe in supporting their staff, now it's all about the money and managers are too afraid to stand up for fear of losing there jobs.

Everyone that works at BCL can be disposed of at anytime for any reason, and unemployment you'll fight tooth and nail for. A particular lady in upper management doesn't like you to use your own mind and once you go against her your days become numbered and it happens pretty regularly.

    Advice to Management

All terminations should be reviewed by another member of upper management. Most termination are unwarranted and are more personal than error.
