    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Beverage Distributors Company.

    Interview

A friend who works for Beverage Distributors sent me the contact information of an area manager. I sent in my resume, and then received three interviews: one with my would-be field sales manager, one with the area manager (my contact), and one with HR. I interviewed with very pleasant people, two of which were in their mid twenties. They seemed to be very keen on candidates with leadership experience. interviews consisted of typical questions, but also easy-going conversations to get to know each other.
