BBB values people and their contributions. Management is professional and fair. As an employee, I experienced many opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company. BBB facilitates recreational activities for employees to participate in, i.e., a softball team & company picnics. Weekly product seminars provide free lunch for attendees. Free coffee and cold drinks available throughout the day in kitchen. Conveniently located in Union Square.

Sometimes meeting project deadlines can require staying very late. But, BBB provides compensation for dinner and a cab ride home if it's late enough.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

BBB's IT dept. is very helpful, but more helpful to employees with PCs, and less familiar with Mac computers used by graphics designers. IT could use more Mac training.
