    Pros

    There are tremendous amounts of perks that come with the job. Numerous vendor sponsored parties and events. The work place is a great, vibrant atmosphere that surely makes you enjoy coming into work every day. The office consists of talented employees who really care about the development of younger employees and a strong passion towards getting results for their clients.

    Cons

    Not complete transparency between client expectation and what is expected to be done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Assist in processes to automate reporting techniques so that employees can focus on making improvements towards client side management.
