    I have been working at Biaggi's full-time (less than an year)


    amazing coworkers.
    Pay can be good over time
    Easy to pick up shifts
    Real family atmosphere among the people you work with


    The management can sometimes be a con. Most of the time they are very supportive, but there is definitely an "in" group.
    The major con to working at Biaggi's is the tip out!! 3.5% doesn't seem like much, but remember that it's 3.5% of your SALES not your tips. Even if the bartender doesn't make you a drink all day your still tipping them out. Now granted most of the time they earn it, except food runners, since most servers like to run they're own food anyway...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Lower tip out or come up with a better system for it. Otherwise it's definitely one of the better ran restaurants I've worked in
