You'll learn a lot about radio, and see how hundreds of radio stations are pricing last minute spots. Overall this company respects personal time and let's some employees work from home, which is a benefit.
You will be micromanaged. The president and management seem to be prone to mood swings, especially days when paychecks are due. This company seems to have trouble paying living wages. The tech team has spent 2-3 years moving to a new "platform" model that never seems like it will be finished. There have been firings which feel like "layoffs" two December's in a row. Mistakes aren't tolerated well, which is understandable, but their online system is somewhat poorly designed and outdated. Management will have some people tape recording client calls, and will pick apart the calls later. The worst: very low pay, and the president brags to other companies about how little he gets away with paying his employees. Overall, not the best experience.
Advice to Management
Let employees manage clients without feeling micromanaged. Try to respect employees a bit more - most are working for very low pay.
