    I worked at Big Fuel as a contractor (less than an year)


    The people are amazing. This is what I miss the most. Directors are so-so and the other reviews are true... things are a bit unorganized, but since I've left, I discovered this is evident in a lot of agencies. Things get messy! Great clients, creative team is phenomenal & the view. JESUS THE VIEW.


    LONG HOURS. Strategy, you have it MADE. You'll leave around 6pm. Creative, you're there until 2 AM, but you're doing something awesome. Directors need to realize that is why people are exhausted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make it mandatory to shut down the agency at a certain time. Nobody wants to work until 2AM every night.

    Interview Details

    Initial phone interview with follow up in-person interview with Hiring Manager. This interview lead to one more round to meet with team members, managers, and colleagues. Fairly informal overall, but not in a bad way. Everyone was very helpful and seemed passionate about the agency and clients.
