    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BigCommerce (Austin, TX).

    Interview

The interview process went quickly. The timeline was 4 weeks from the first phone call to the offer letter. The HR department was thorough, polite, responsive, and extraordinarily helpful. The onsite interview included conversations with 10 individuals and provided ample opportunity to get a good feel for the company. The role was clearly defined, and I was able to meet with the extended team. The interview was highly energizing and demonstrated the collaborative culture of the company.

    Interview Questions

    • Instead of "How smart are you?" I was asked "How are you smart?" Great question!   Answer Question
