    Pros

It's a very stable company that employs many extremely smart people, who are proud of what they do. Multi-cultural environment makes a day-to-day life interesting. Headquarters is a dog-friendly office.

    Cons

Company is chronically under-staffed. The better employee you are, the more work you are expected to accomplish. Company isn't growing fast enough to have a good career path beyond the lowest levels. Headquarters is a dog-friendly office.
