I have been working at BioRASI full-time (More than 3 years)
Unbelievable potential for career development, advancement, and ownership for employees of all ages and varying levels of education and experience. Few employers willingly train recent graduates, especially those with unrelated educational backgrounds. Even fewer will offer equity in the company to all, including entry level individuals. Only a rare handful of companies offer high growth potential, hands on training and development, stock options and a bonus plan on top of salaries and benefits that are generous and can increase dramatically and quickly for high performers.
The culture at Biorasi is fast paced and evolving quickly as the company grows. This creates the perception of an occasional false start or misguided initiative. These are simply growing pains as we navigate the complex environment of global clinical research. The need for rapid and high quality production of deliverables and achievement of milestones can be demanding and hours are often long. It is a workplace of high achievers who want to make a difference--to their company, to their clients, to their community, and to the world at large. We deliver exceptional results to our clients, who are delivering life-saving therapies globally. We take our responsibilities seriously, and our work shows our commitment. Phenomenal success involves sacrifices, just as anything of value does. People who are looking for an easy 9 to 5 will be in for a disappointment--and may decide to leave for a less challenging path. We are hiring many people as we are growing, and more than a few of them, unfortunately, do not want to make the investment.
Advice to Management
We do not always succeed, but we are continuously trying to fulfill our mission and our responsibility to create a unique environment with the best balance of challenge, growth, reward, and commitment to our employees. If we do this well, our people will always provide our clients with unparalleled ownership and commitment to the clients' success!
Getting an Interview

I applied in-person. I interviewed at BioRASI (Miami, FL).
The most absurd and badly organized interview I have ever been to. CEO is arrogant and hostile. He did not even bother to look at the CV before interview and tried to be intimidating through the whole process. Obviously he likes his employees to feel stupid. After a while I just stopped trying to answer his questions. He was interrupting and was obnoxious. By the end of the interview I did not want this job, because I would not want to deal with person like that on daily basis. After interview with the CEO, I was brought to the group of young employees who were obviously just out of school and had no experience with interviewing, but nevertheless were as arrogant as the management. It was not clear if that was the group I was supposed to manage and what was the purpose of talking to them.
