I have been working at BioScrip full-time

Exceptional pay for this job. Overtime overtime overtime. Occasionally free lunch, and by free lunch I mean pizza. Every time. Funny coworkers.

too much gossip and negativity, hardly any communication, no department meetings. Tasks and job functions are potentially changed day to day due to lack of competent employees who actually want to preform the job they were hired for. Some employees are purposely, and noticeably slow to get out of doing assigned tasks. If you don't stay for overtime everyone in the pharmacy will talk about it. Everyone. Your boss, your coworkers, they will hear and complain forever.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the people who are easily confused and frazzled, too dangerous to be mixing drugs for people.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at BioScrip in June 2015.

I applied for my position online and a recruiter called me about a week later. She performed a quick phone screen and then scheduled my on-site interview. I was interviewed by two people, one of whom I directly report to now. The recruiter called with an offer three weeks later.
