    Pros

A good company with cutting edge technology in the cardiovascular device industry. Fast growing company with lots of opportunities. The management team knows what they are doing.

    Cons

Many layers of management which made the business process kind of slow. The campus is small with no good facilities, such as gym or cafeteria.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work of leading the company. More decisions need to be made to improve company culture and employee benefits.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at Biosense Webster.

    Interview

Not that difficult, I just met with two managers and they asked me questions. Every interviewer is different though. I also had a brief phone interview with human resources. Overall it was just a normal interview and if you prepare you will be in good shape!

Biosense Webster makes products that explore, and in some cases alter, the terrain of the human heart. Its catheters and imaging systems are used by electrophysiologists and interventional cardiologists worldwide to find and treat heart arrhythmias (irregular heart rhythms.) Its CARTO XP EP Navigation System uses 3-D imaging technology to map the heart's electrical activity and lets doctors navigate the heart using the company's diagnostic catheters. Biosense Webster also makes therapeutic ablation catheters and systems that destroy faulty electric pathways in the heart... More
