I worked at Biotage full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Bonuses once a year. Company lunches and activities. The employees were actually rewarded for the hard work that was put in. We felt appreciated.

    Cons

The pay wasn't that good for the job that I did. I feel that we should have been paid a lot better. We did get right much over time, so that helped the pay check.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your people better. The other perks were great, but to be able to see the perks on the paychecks would have been better.
